This Autumn Twisted Folk are incredibly excited to be presenting to you the first tour from a very special collaboration of artists in the form of The Revival Hour.

The Revival Hour is a new project and partnership between John Mark Lapham, the sounds-and-samples component of Twisted Folk favourites The Earlies, and DM Stith whose debut album Heavy Ghost received great praise from critics and artists alike, and who has toured as part of Sufjan Stevens’ band in recent years.

The Revival Hour is the sound of adventurism; of deep, historical musical connections; of falling in and out of love; of bravery. Truly courageous in scope and spectacle they share an affinity with PJ Harvey, Dusty Springfield, The Knife, Antony Hegarty, Robert Wyatt, Here We Go Magic, Portishead – artists they share a compulsion with to create a timeless sound, epic in ambition and sonics.

Have a listen to their first offerings here, we love it and hope you will too!

We cannot wait to bring The Revival Hour to the UK on this very special tour. The dates and ticket links are below and tickets for the London show can also be purchased over on our listings page.

Hope to see you there!
